Front desk was friendly at check in. That was the only positive. Room smelled upon arrival. Bed had hair on the sheets and wads of hair on the floor. Room was very run down. When we came back in the evening there were groups of men sitting outside on the stair wells and standing around the 2nd floor. It was extremely unsetteling. Checked out the next morning, gentleman at the desk said that it was just work crews hanging out, which doesnt make it any safer. Do not stay here.
Beyond grateful for the front desk receptionist, Emma. She was able to accommodate us and our three dogs when a very unexpected, stressful situation arose. The room was very clean and neat. The towels were folded very nicely. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. Location was great and felt safe when we did have to take the dogs outside. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Emma alone deserves 10 stars! Will stay here again!
Very amazed at how clean room was. Very spacious & bathroom as well. Would stay here again.
