Outside appearance is very good, check-in was fast and we were at our room quickly .
We have stayed here 2 times now, so far both times the rooms were clean, check in was easy. There are 4 hotels at the Wesley chapel exit, we have stayed at all 4 of them many times, for some reason this hotel has a lower rating than others, price of them are $60-90. If you want a nice room pick this one.
The Quality Inn stay was such a surprise. The location was easy to find, easy in and out, less than 1 minute excess to I-75 and restaurants, grocery store and gas station surround the location of Quality Inn.
I had called and booked a room and was quoted $76, I said Quality had $63 so he met the price .
My room had a microwave and a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well .
Check in was very smooth; a young lady named Rebecca was very polite and professional .
This hotel isn't bad at all for the price. The location is excellent (right near freeways and shopping).
But perhaps where this hotel excelled was in their customer service. Every time I ran into an employee - desk clerk, maid, other personnel, they said hello and asked if everything was okay. Throughout my two day stay the desk clerk greeted me by name. That doesn't happen often.
Free wireless internet worked great and they seem to have wifi antennas on every floor of the hotel (not all hotels have that). The Express Breakfast was decent enough - - no complaints.
