This dude is absolutely insane. I rented a van off of him for a few days for a work related need. Started out as a great experience. He was a super nice guy on the phone and really helped me out. A few mishaps later and without getting into details, when I returned the van, he tried to tell me I owed him several hundred dollars in cash (the deal was significantly less) and wanted me to pay him right then and there. Tried to call in and ask for details for reservation and rental. The man who picked up the phone was extremely Rude and unprofessional. Unhelpful would not recommend.
Rented a 15 passenger van for a family trip. Best price I could find locally, simple process. Shelby and Cassie were very understanding when I was 2 hours late with the return. Would rent from them again should the need arise.
