I booked an AC tune up through Fullerton Costco with EconoAir. The guy at Costco (Chris?) was super friendly, low pressure, and easy to speak to. We had already replaced our furnace, condenser, and ducts through another company a few years ago and were due for an annual tune-up. Requested a quote for central AC. The initial visit for quote was satisfactory. The next day received two texts from different employees informing me of directions as if I'd accepted bid. Incredibly arrogant! It was unwelcome and the correspondence was unprofessional with an excuse of Covid. Horrible first impression and assuredly not a company I'm going to trust in such a grand endeavor. Be careful and aware!
