I have had 25 plus years to observe and utilize Econobug of Lexington without any dissatisfaction. Jennifer Bagwell and one of her most competent staff, Chris just simply do their best to provide quality services to our community. Chris and Jennifer have my continued Vote of confidence wishing them every success possible.
Being a customer since 1995, I trusted Econ-O-bug to look after our business building for 30 years and this is my first review for them , and I am sad to report that I am giving them a one star. I truly believed that they were looking after our office bldg and best interest much better than I came to find out. What I just received on Wednesday the 5th, after my prior day inspection was a nonpersonal email , with a quote for 25K for repairs that they want me to sign off on and are yet to call me back about or prior to sendi... read more
