My wife and I were on our way back from the movies, and our car started to shut down. Lights shutting off, transmission slowing down, steering wheel locking up, etc. Very scary. We made it to an Auto Zone, they jumped the car, and within 5 minutes after the cables were taken off, the car shut down again. I was 99 percent sure it was the alternator. Today brought my 2005 Prius with almost 200k miles for an inspection before a long road trip. I met Andy and a couple others of the team. I'm convinced that they are honest and competent to the highest degree. They definitely have a new loyal customer, and their excellent reviews are totally justified!
