First time using a cleaning service and I regret choosing this one. They need to review their 64-point inspection checklist. I've taken multiple pictures of dust left in corners and in plain site, under bed and furniture, on top of shelves, bench, fridge, etc. I was told they use a natural product with orange and I can't smell anything, so nothing was used. There was no mopping of hardwood floors, tile in the bathroom, indoor mirrors left unwashed, microwave unclean and on and on. The two cleaners did not speak any English w... read more

I’d been w the company when it was Kds cleaners and different owner but don’t care for the new owner. Very poor service on his part and doesn’t seem very organized. Seems very ditzy personality and shouldn’t be a business owner😒
