First time using a cleaning service and I regret choosing this one. They need to review their 64-point inspection checklist. I've taken multiple pictures of dust left in corners and in plain site, under bed and furniture, on top of shelves, bench, fridge, etc. I was told they use a natural product with orange and I can't smell anything, so nothing was used. I’d been w the company when it was Kds cleaners and different owner but don’t care for the new owner. Very poor service on his part and doesn’t seem very organized. Seems very ditzy personality and shouldn’t be a business owner😒
