The cleaners are very kind, respectful and do a good job, 5 stars for them. The issue with this company is that you need to keep very close detail as to when they come in and when they leave and note it down because otherwise they will rip you off. I spent so much time on email to explain discrepancies in the number of hours they wrote down that I might as well use that time to clean the house myself (e.g. 5.5 hours more registered on an 18 hour package!). Very impressed with this service - they have been prompt, professional, and done an excellent job cleaning my house! They have also been great with my pets (2 cats) who get a little freaked out with people coming in to the house, so this is an added bonus. The prices are competitive, especially with purchasing the 18 hour package. They have been very fair with reporting hours used and Ken has been great with communicating when my hours were getting low and when I had any questions. The team at Ecomaids are the definition of professional. My wife and I have been ecstatic with the job they do. Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room, DIning Room ... all in an hour and a half!! Super nice, and super efficient. We'd highly recommend this service to anyone who wants their weekend back. :)
After starting with no information, I searched online and made a few calls. We tried Ecomaids for the first time in June 2018 and were very impressed with the job they did. We have a 2 story house and the kitchen (incl microwave), all floors, bathrooms, etc. were amazing with everything dusted and very clean.
