I bought a voucher on Living Social and attempted to schedule my two cleanings. Not only were they unwilling to schedule the cleanings on a day I was off work (I was informed most of their clients don't work and were more flexible), but Dawn was very rude. She hung up on me when I told her I was unsatisfied with her repeated attempts to schedule the clean when I could not be home. Just used my Arizona Star deal for two 3 hour cleanings with Ecomaids. They sent me out a checklist via email before the clean and I filled out what I wanted and the cleaning tech did a great job on my house. I look forward to my second cleaning Ecomaids!! Great Job!!
