I had a billing dispute that I resolved and it took me over a week of calling everyday to have them pick up. After the date they said they restart the service. They're just frustrating to deal with. Everyday. They'll tell you they're coming. But they won't come. I don't know how else to reach them.
Never had a problem. Always receive my quarterly invoices. The staff have been friendly and accommodating. I have retained their services for more than twenty years. During inclement weather, they pick up on Saturday. Thank you Ecology Services.
Updated... Finally the manager responded and made good on replacing our receptacle. 2/27/24 The trash guys busted our trash can by slamming it on the ground. Its been months and we havent received a replacement after they requested we provide video proof which we did. Today 2/24/24, trash was all over the front of our steps and walk area. None of this was there when i left this morning. Trash was neatly placed on walk. Enough is enough of this poor service.
