Never had a problem. Always receive my quarterly invoices. The staff have been friendly and accommodating. I have retained their services for more than twenty years. During inclement weather, they pick up on Saturday. Thank you Ecology Services.
Updated... Finally the manager responded and made good on replacing our receptacle. 2/27/24 The trash guys busted our trash can by slamming it on the ground. Its been months and we havent received a replacement after they requested we provide video proof which we did. Today 2/24/24, trash was all over the front of our steps and walk area. None of this was there when i left this morning. Trash was neatly placed on walk. Enough is enough of this poor service.
They have missed multiple pickups! No apology for their actions whatsoever. If you haven’t found one that actually does their job please please please do not ask for this company. NOT RECOMMEND!!!
