Effluent pump went out after 10 years, and speaking with a neighbor, they recommended Ecological Tanks. In looking at their online catalog, they happened to have the exact one I needed. Upon arriving, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and sold me the pump I was looking for and I was in/out in 15 minutes. I had already done online comps, and the price actually came out cheaper than ANYWHERE I had researched to see what the pricing was like. Excellent Service
Our aerator pump went out. I called up Ecological Tanks in Downsville (who actually put the mechanical system into this house before we bought it). They replaced the diaphragm that had gone out in it. They said that those go in about 5 years. They were reasonable, professional and good to deal with.
