Josh was so great! I am absolutely terrified of basically anything that moves and I explained to Josh that I didn’t want to know what he found on my property (if anything), and he was so understanding and kind about it. I was so pleased with the way he treated me and the work he did!
Ecologic Entomology is terrific. Their technicians are always professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have used their services on several occasions and will keep going back. The most recent service saved us from yellow jackets; thanks to Lenny we have reclaimed our patio!
Rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also conscientious about checking areas in the apartment. Of course, we don't know yet the ultimate effectiveness.
