Unprofessional. Dr. Yamashiro is amazing! I make the long drive from Seattle every six months for non-toxic gentle cleanings, her warm patient manner, and her widespread knowledge in dentistry and holistic health. I used to work in the dental industry and am quite versed in industry standards, marketing ploys, and chemicals used. Kind, considerate and professional staff 1st to last. Dr. spent a lot of time explaining and LISTENING to me. She catered to my fears and concerns during the actual dental work. This is RARE. I SO appreciate that! After getting my old mercury fillings removed, my head is so clear (balance and cognitive skills). What a difference! I have and will definitely recommend this office for dental work.
