Mike was here on time to measure my bay window. I did not have to remove plants and decorations from in front of the bay window. He has a very nice personality and knew what he was doing. He gave me a quote sitting at the kitchen window which was then emailed to me. He then showed me examples of the window structures. I'm very excited to get my new window installed!
We had our new kitchen windows installed today. The installers were fast, friendly and efficient. They did a great job. Our sales rep, Iurii, was also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use Ecoline again for any future needs!! 2025 update, we had new dining room windows done by the Ecoline crew. Installers were again fast, friendly and efficient.
I called on Monday to get a quote for a window and had to talk to artificial intelligence customer service. I asked it multiple times to talk to a human and it wouldn't work, so I hung up. I l have been getting a call everyday from this AI agent from ecoline that still doesn't understand me.
November: Our estimator, Alex, was thorough, easygoing, and answered all my questions. Looking forward to our new windows! Estimated install: March. March: Mid-March, I check in as March is 2 weeks to completion and I've heard nothing about how to prep, how long the install will take, do we have to be out of the house etc. After getting through the robot phone man, I get a poor quality call saying windows should arrive within 3 days, and install will be scheduled after that.
