They came in the beginning of February, it was a nice week, but I was surprised to see four guys bang out 13 windows in one day. In two days everything was complete, An exterior door and all the finishing.I’m happy with what I got. The workers are polite and professional.
Really happy with our new patio door. Stepan’s installation was neat, efficient, and high quality, and everything was cleaned up afterward.
Very disappointing experience. Our patio door glass shattered during extreme cold (around −35°C) and the company immediately blamed “impact” based only on photos, without ever sending anyone to inspect it. Later we were told that patio doors are not covered by warranty, which was never clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. On top of that, the installation crew was careless during the job. Overall, poor communication, no proper inspection, and no accountability.
