November: Our estimator, Alex, was thorough, easygoing, and answered all my questions. Looking forward to our new windows! Estimated install: March. We paid for window installation in full at the end of November 2024. We were told the windows would be installed in March 2025. Despite my wife contacting the company multiple times, we received no communication about the specific installation date until I left a negative Google review on March 26, at which point I was promptly scheduled for installation on March 31. The day of installation was really quick, they changed my front window in under 2 hours, had everything tidied up. I will be getting my other windows done as well!
Came when they said they would, efficient, did a great job, cleaned up. Professional, friendly
We paid for window installation in full at the end of November 2024. We were told the windows would be installed in March 2025. My wife has contacted the company numerous times to get a date of installation. It is now March 26th and we have not received an update. This is extremely unprofessional. I'm leaving this review in the hopes that it will catch the attention of someone who can do something.
