Estimation and installation went very smoothly. My project manager, Dmitriy, was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. The installers, Ivan M and Zair were very professional and detailed oriented. They kept checking in with me to make sure I was satisfied, and even accommodated special installation requests. Regarding the windows themselves, they are well made and operate quite nicely. Would recommend.
Great customer service until you pay then any problems after that good luck. I had to literally harass people to finally get a call back. I do like the windows so far but install not super pleased. Chunks of stucco missing and badly cracked also some windows are not sealed great. I honestly do not want to deal anymore with this company so my husband will try and do what he can.
This company is the best to deal with. They are very organized in getting the requirements, following up with itemized qoute and the actual installation of our 17 custom built windows and 4 doors. Installers Yurii, Daniel and Andrew are the most hard working team we've dealt with. Very professional, polite and provided detailed walk through after the job. They were always on time and cleaned up after each day. We are extremely happy customers and would recommend this company !!
