Overall, the process went ok. This was a Costco installation services purchase. The account manager that we met with was informative and straight forward about the product. The process on a whole was only ok because I don't like having to pay in full for anything long before it gets delivered. I can understand a 50% deposit but paying in full?? We went to the Vancouver Fall Home Show to get quotes and learn about new window installations and were constantly warned about how the BC Rebates were unreasonable for triple pane windows and would be more expensive than double pane. But, when we found Ecoline through Costco, not only would we be able to get triple pane windows with the rebates, they would also be cheaper!
