Order a EcoJohn and still has issue reported to Tech Support keep getting the run around send video. They are dragging the issue on. Display issue. Sometime will not closed the damper, Cables in the back of unit is getting hot. Missing item on the fire to not or reduce the burn flash to go into wires in back. We have a support team that responds to any questions within 24 hours, so he should contact our support team if he has any questions about the operation. I ordered a toilet in April and paid for it in good faith. I realized there was a 6 week lead time. It is now September and they have not fulfilled my order.I would call and they would give me a delivery date but it never happened. They refused to give me updates. They still advertise 6 week lead time which is totally false and false advertising in my opinion. They will not return my money. I now find out others have had the same problem. We have been communicating with this customer, and he was aware of the longer lead time. The 6-week lead time is only an estimate, and unfortunately, his order was delayed due to backordered parts from a couple of our suppliers. In addition, we offered this customer to get a free upgrade to the Black Series (normally a $300 upgrade) as a compensation for the delay, which he accepted.
