EcoGuard is an awesome and caring company!!! They have been servicing my home for a while now and I can honestly say they have successfully eliminated all my concerns about pest control. The technician was friendly and took the time to answer my questions before the service. He also explained that it may take up to 7 days to see the full results, which I appreciated. My only concern is that he left without letting me know the service was finished. I had asked him to notify me because I was waiting upstairs with my two dogs. I only realized he had left when I noticed his truck was gone. A quick knock on the door or a phone call before leaving would have been greatly appreciated. I was so happy to see Joshua again today! He is the best and always does an outstanding job. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and makes sure the treatment is tailored to our needs. Today, he treated around the house for ants and sprayed the backyard for fleas. He also removed all the spider webs and spent plenty of time making sure everything was done thoroughly. Raymond came out to clear out existing webs and spray my patio to prevent them from returning. The amount of webs and continuous generation of them has been a huge stressor for me as I hate dealing with bugs. The service was quick and effective and I am very excited to continue receiving this service to keep my patio clear. Raymond was super nice and professional so I cannot recommend him enough!
