The technician was friendly and took the time to answer my questions before the service. He also explained that it may take up to 7 days to see the full results, which I appreciated. My only concern is that he left without letting me know the service was finished. I had asked him to notify me because I was waiting upstairs with my two dogs. I only realized he had left when I noticed his truck was gone. A quick knock on the door or a phone call before leaving would have been greatly appreciated. I was so happy to see Joshua again today! He is the best and always does an outstanding job. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and makes sure the treatment is tailored to our needs. Nick was here today to check on the rat traps that were set around my house and in the attic several weeks ago, and we were successful in catching one more. Nick is great and I enjoy dealing with him. So far, each of the representatives who have come to the house have been super nice. I have signed up for the two year plan, which I feel good about.
