Jordan did an excellent job removing wasps nests from my home. He let me know when he on the way, arrived on time, listened to my concerns, took care of the pest problem and gave me some helpful information about wasps. They auto renewed the policy and did not intimate us. When we asked for cancellation the customer service pointed that every other company does this and gave an example that contracts auto renew. After discussion with us, they addressed our grievances and agreed henceforth they will ask the customers before renewing and also ensure customer is sure he is well informed. I am happy with their service and resolution.
Justin has been helping me rid our home of rats. In addition to the exclusion work done, he has been checking traps and helping me get rid of one very persistent rodent. Finally we got it done! Justin was always prompt, courteous and professional. He cares about a job well done and I'm grateful for his dedication to this worthy cause :)
Benjamin did a very thorough and professional job at his follow-up service appointment with me May 20, 2026. He went under my house into the crawl space and set two more new rat traps and one by the opening where he entered and exited. I was very pleased with this since the other traps were put by the opening and not closer to the side of the rodent activity which was in the corner of my house.
