After 2 or so weeks, one rat was injured by a trap and is bleeding in the garage in the HVAC insulation. John felt for the rat. It was not there at that spot in the insulation. It will probably die somewhere in the basement and we will be smelling it in a few days. Still waiting for a decrease in rat droppings. There’s still evidence of rats. Elliot was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He called ahead to let me know when he was coming to the house. When he arrived, he took his time to answer my questions and concerns (especially about chemical safety for my kids and bees) before starting. Excellent customer service. I had disturbed a large wasp nest and was stung numerous times. They were able to get Juan here to dispose of the nest the same day! Juan was terrific - friendly, efficient and detailed. I will definitely call Eco-Guard and request Juan in the future!
Nahkima White did a thorough job of inspecting my apartment and also inspected my bed for bed bugs. He was polite and helpful with explaining the different services that he thought would be best for my needs. I felt very satisfied with his recommendations and we decided on a plan that will fit my needs!
