Excellent customer service. I had disturbed a large wasp nest and was stung numerous times. They were able to get Juan here to dispose of the nest the same day! Juan was terrific - friendly, efficient and detailed. I will definitely call Eco-Guard and request Juan in the future!
My EcoGuard experience from first call to service was excellent. I was provided a good deal by the sales rep, good communication from the main office. The technicians called in advance of arriving, were knowledgeable and informative, and provided a thorough but quick service to treat an ant problem. Shortly after the treatment, I knew it was working as I saw a large number of ants reacting near a nest site - as I read might happen.
I had a phenomenal experience with EcoGuard Pest Control, thanks to Nico! He was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient in explaining everything. He arrived on time, and despite my delay, he was super accommodating and understanding. His friendly demeanor and professionalism made the entire process seamless. I’ll definitely continue using EcoGuard and would love for Nico to be my technician every time. Highly recommend his service to everyone!
