What a delightful exclusion inspection if one can say such things about an exclusion inspection. Kao was professional, friendly and extremely informative! I really appreciated his thoroughness. He even baited and reset some already existing rat traps for me. I received my quote for repairs the next morning and the price is very reasonable. I’m excited to get this done!
Elliot was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He called ahead to let me know when he was coming to the house. When he arrived, he took his time to answer my questions and concerns (especially about chemical safety for my kids and bees) before starting. Excellent customer service. I had disturbed a large wasp nest and was stung numerous times. They were able to get Juan here to dispose of the nest the same day! Juan was terrific - friendly, efficient and detailed. I will definitely call Eco-Guard and request Juan in the future!
Technician is amazing. She’s done great both times the process I could tell the difference almost immediately. She’s very polite knows what I Wanted and did her job well would definitely suggest to anybody to use her as their technician
