I enjoyed meeting Ben. He's a friendly and thorough technician! He took care of everything we needed done. I was especially pleased that he asked about which treatment we required. We have cats that go outdoors, and it's important to us to keep them protected from harmful chemicals. Thank you!
I had given the a 3 star review recently and in response, they followed through really fully. They sent out someone with more experience, Ryan, who was excellent and had an amazing amount of knowledge. I also asked about the young man who had been coming to service my home before this, as I liked him, and didn't want him to lose his job. They were wonderful about this as well. Technician Ricardo Serafino came today to do pest control maintenance. He is diligent with an attention to detail. Currently we have a hummingbird nesting in our rose bush. There are two eggs and she is keeping the eggs warm. Ricardo was very careful not to spray anywhere near the hummer. Thank you for a job well done!
Jorge did an excellent thorough job. He communicated with us concerning what the situation was in and around our house. He told us to expect ants for the next week and if they weren't gone in two weeks that they would come out again. He was also very careful to tell us how long to keep our pets locked up for the treatment to dry. He was a pleasure to work with.
