I have been using ecoguard for years. They offer more than just basic pest control. Aside from the monthly preventative care, I've also done inspections and they just recently closed off any entry points to prevent rodents. In the summer they offer a preventative mosquito service as well. All the technicians are great. Each and every single person is professional, friendly, and responsible. Sergio with EcoGuard came to treat our home for ants. He is super friendly, honest and does a great job. Highly recommend.
This place has the worst customer service and is a not honest. They bill me monthly for service I don't receive when I called them and told them I want my money back they told me I was locked in for a year. I would NEVER recommend dealing with this company and I have been In Middle TN for 24 years.
