i source locally and sell online vintage items and i buy all of my packing materials from them! Great customer service and proud to support a local small business for my local small online business! My model is to buy vintage and not new, so I'm so excited to use recycled packaging materials from this company!
UPS seriously messed up our shipment . . . like BADLY. Like, laughably bad. I won't get too into what transpired, but it got gnarly and I will try my best to never work with UPS ever again. Regardless, Sonya and the customer service team at EcoEnclose was able to rectify this awful situation in the matter of a few hours.
