So as i said yesterday the owner took care of problem but the next day they call and make threats say they know where i live and will be over wow is all i can say this p.o.s. keeps calling and like i said yesterday that was tge worst customer service ever and the worst carpet ! Cleaning ever they just throw orange pills all over and sweep it up and also the ass who was their ripped the cord outta my speakers in living room HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY R CROOKS
I can't believe that any owner would call a unhappy customer and harass them and ask them to remove the 1 star that was given to them because of the treatment we were given .... and now I understand how they have decent ratings they badger you until you remove the rating....The owner did refund our money however the employee he employs is rude and disrespectful and that reflects on the company ..... I will never do business with the company again
Terrible terrible terrible!!!! The frickin dust keeps oozing from my carpet! even though they came again to "fix the problem", I have been sweeping for 2 days, it ruined my vacuum, and we have been sneezing like crazy! So I'm out $200.00, no vacuum and possibly the expense of the whole carpet for my house!
Awesome! I absolutely love this company! I love that they use dry cleaning (no down time) versus that wet sudsy stuff (that leaves soap residue). I would recommend them hands down! Thank you Ecodry for doing a phenomenal job.
