EcoClean was extremely professional and knowledgeable when my basement flooded. They identified the problem and suggested the ideal fix if I chose to do it myself, free of charge. Great people, Great experience. 10/10

We discovered our flooded basement late one night and Shiv did not hesitate to come out and immediately help to address the issue. He quickly started drafting emails for me, walked through what to do and expect, and got his team out to start the cleanup the next morning. Throughout the cleanup and renovation they were attentive, respectful, and professional. They were always available, even for help on items outside of his scope. EcoClean Restoration is a very seasoned, professional organization. They provide excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service. They were really flexible and worked with me to navigate through all of the obstacles presented by the insurance guidelines and restrictions. There were many delays, not due to any fault of their own, but they were willing to negotiate with my insurance and property management company to find solutions and give me a product and services that were above my expectation.
