I called EcoClean in the late morning of a Thursday. Shiv was out to my house by 3pm the afternoon of that same day to pre survey the water damage that had been done by frozen pipes that had bursted and started to thaw. He quickly evaluated the damage and put a plan into place to have a team there early the next morning to start water removal, dry out, and removal of damaged material. What an amazing company I had the pleasure of using to remediate the mold I found in my basement. I feel so fortunate that I called this company. They immediately came out, on a holiday, and went over what needed to be done. The remediation work was done within 3 days and restoration started right after. 20Jan26, Shiv came out promptly and went over my remediation options for our flooded basement. He gave me a fair price and the cleaning team was here within two hours of my initial call. Outstanding.

EcoClean did an amazing job with the restoration when a pipe burst in our basement about a month ago. They got started on the work the same day when I called them and handled all of the complicated insurance stuff for us. I cannot thank this company enough for their service. Shiv and his team did a fantastic job. My basement is finally finished and looks better than before.

Wonderful experience with this company first time I’ve used them from my own personal home and I’m actually a realtor. Willy and Alex were amazing, professional, knowledgeable. Did the job in one day. Only mediated the parts that were damaged. I don’t feel like they try to add on things so they can escalate the price. Which is something that’s very common.
