I am incredibly disappointed in this company. In 2017 we gave them $3,330.00 of our hard earned money to have a chimney liner installed. We have noticed throughout the past few years that smoke billows into our home when we have a fire lit. Being that we spent so much money on the lining, we have been bummed this issue has prevented us from wanting to light fires. If I could give negative stars I would. So unprofessional.
I would not waste your time. Canceled our appointment 1 hour before because "something came up". Did not even offer to reschedule for the next day or ASAP. His prices are cheap but so is his customer service.
I was happy with the price and communication, however, there was soot all over the ground, on the house, and sooty handprints on the stand alone chimney stack that I had to clean after they left. Not the best job in that respect.
