They stand behind their work and if you arent satisfied, they will make it right! They cleaned my carpet today - looks wonderful except the end tables and recliners were not moved to clean under them. I contacted the office and they immediately responded with a satisfactory solution. Highly recommend!
Two service men, **** and ****, assessed my crawl space for mold. They gave me a thorough analysis of types of mold, differences between mold stain and live mold and remedies for causes of mold. I learned that my mold was dead and my conditions causing the mold were gone, so I didnt need services at this time. Thanks so much to **** and **** for their honest expertise. If I need mold remediation in the future I will call ********************.
Excellent company. Impressed with the owner and in-home staff guys. I've used them 3 times now and luckily, all carpet stains have come out and looks almost brand new again. Great communication with Eco Clean, wish more companies were this pleasant to work with!
