Terry called in advance to inform us of his time of arrival. This is always a great touch! Upon arriving, he thoughtfully explained the work he would be doing. We walked the house to evaluate the carpets and determine whether anything extra would be needed. He then shared additional services that we could consider and why they may be beneficial. Overall, Terry provided exceptional service. While the service does not include moving furniture or cleaning under it, the carpets look really nice.
Terry did a nice job cleaning my couch, loveseat, and recliner. He was also fast, on time, and professional. Thanks very much, I’ll be calling again!
