I got water damage at home recently and the mitigation team did a great job. When it move to reconstruction, I am not so happy about the first around of the fix. They are not providing the quality of the work it supposed to be and I was frustrated. So I sent my feedback to Ecoclean. I want to thank you for Josh and Daniel to make things right. Daniel even re-did the fixes himself and it looks fantastic!
We had a wonderful experience with Oscar, Jake and Juan after a 2nd floor washing machine leak came through our kitchen ceiling. They were all very professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them!
Very bad service. I should have been told that cleaning carpet does not get smell out. 500 quote was not going to cover smell. Additional 200 would now cover maybe! A 45 min job with just liquids cost almost 700.
Terry was very professional. Explained the entire process and did a great job!
