Inefficient and ineffective management. They literally hire anyone with a pulse
Poor customer service in trying to get a refund for a defective thermostat. Promised refund but they back pedalled and want to send me a replacement I don't need. They would save money by just refunding me. It doesn't make sense? I guess I could sell the replacement for a loss, but what a lot bother and costing company reviews like this.
