We had our 2 month old iphone stolen. Found out (long story) it was put in an eco ATM kiosk. We have phoned them numerous times to assist, provide phones serial # etc., police report number and all ownership documentation. They are SCAMMERS!!!! They say they will send a claim form...we've phoned 3 times and provide the email, to still never receive. We have been told there is nothing they can do. They will give you a "locked in price" for your phone. Go to the kiosk and they will not honor the price. Spent weeks trying to get this fixed. Don't trust them! Save your time and stay away!
Something bad going on! I have done business with them over 10 years and now they receive my iPhone 14 Pro and tell me it is not paid off! I have proof that it is paid off on 9/2/25 and they tell me that it takes 6 months to clear? They were going to "Recycle" my phone or send it back. I hope that I get it back, what a way to do business. I will never do business with them again. I will take a lesser amount and deal with someone you can trust. I see why they have earned their 1.7 rating!!!
THEY LITERALLY STOLE MY PHONE!!!!!! SOMEONE STOLE MY PHONE FROM OUT OF MY CAR AND WHEN DETROIT POLICE DEPARTMENT FOUND IT, ECOATM REFUSED TO RETURN IT!!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR AND I AM PRESSING CHARGES!!!!!!
