I sent my flawless, unlocked, Galaxy S24 Ultra (1TB storage) cellphone to this company for them to review and buy for $724. The phone has never been without a heavy-duty case and had a tempered glass screen protector since day one. I used it for three months and decided to get something else. Absolutely the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Will steal your stuff. DO NOT DO BUISSNESS WITH GAZELLE EVER!!!!!!!!
They sent me a check for less than half of what they valued my phone, which was already very low. The reason they gave is hysterical. They said my phone was (other) instead of (Verizon), which is what I chose. I bought that phone through Verizon, and it was my carrier. So they are scammers and they will not correct this on their own, so I have reported them. I will make certain to share my experience and report them to whoever I can, until they make it right, and quit ripping people off.
This review is focused on their other business practices. My wife's iPhone was stolen, and went offline immediately. After setting it up to go into lost mode and having our carrier block the IMEI, we chalked it up as a loss and got a replacement. Nearly two weeks later, I received a phone call from EcoATM stating they had purchased the phone via someone who sold it at a mobile kiosk.
