Something has changed at Gazelle. I've done 12 transactions with them over the previous 10+ years. Now, I send my iphone as done many times before, and they first said the box I returned was empty. Then they claimed they can't find it. I had to send a written affidavit. I did. Now they just keep promising (3x) "someone will get back to you today" but I guess today never comes. Horrible customer service and seems to be a scam. Sent my used phone into Gazelle for payment and never received anything back. Shipping shows phone was received two weeks ago but yet the status still shows not received. I have tried emailing, calling, and support chat for two weeks now and nothing. No one ever picks up the call from hold and no one ever gets on the chat feature. All emails go unanswered. Beware!
The machine took my s24 ultra once I plug in the USB. Did not give me any money or ask for my id...I am going in 4 weeks still never got my phone or Noone can help me or pay me anything...and somehow they can't locate my phone..I swear they steal my phone this company is trash
I sent my flawless, unlocked, Galaxy S24 Ultra (1TB storage) cellphone to this company for them to review and buy for $724. The phone has never been without a heavy-duty case and had a tempered glass screen protector since day one. I used it for three months and decided to get something else.
