This service is great in concept but the machine is absolutely terrible. It rejected my phone at least ten times because the cable could not connect or it was not placed exactly right on the glass. Don't waste an hour like I did for only several dollars. Even when I just wanted to recycle my other phone it rejected it because it could not detect the correct placement, it was incredibly frustrating.
