This has got to be the worst idea ever I have wasted 2 full days and have gone to 7 are 8 machines and had no luck at all they had me drive from San Bernardino to apple valley back down to highland I called four times today I got the closest to being able to sale it but there cords would not work on it I know tablet connected when I charged it this morning I wasted four times in gas as the one machine offered me 5 bucks cuz it was not charged so I took home and charged it and came back to have there cord not work anyways hor... read more
Absolutely horrible experience!!!! Kiosk took my almost new IPhone 14 and when it had trouble sending payment to my PayPal account, it took my phone!! I called customer service freaking out, I asked for a service technician to come to get my phone from kiosk and they said that was not possible. All they could do was mail out a check in a few days. I told them the only reason I considered selling my almost new phone was because I was desperate for gas money, and had no way of getting home. I had a they sent me one they offer ... read more
