My phone was stolen and sold at one of these atm's and not only did it take them 3 months to start the process of sending me the phone back the device was also sent to the wrong address after I confirmed the address twice. They don't listen and are extremely repetitive which prolongs the entire process. Now I still don't have my phone and was just told to "file a police report" on whoever lives at the address the phone was sent to. Extremely unprofessional and the process of selling a device should be more secure.
