Easy to use. Fast & convienent way to make a little cash off your old phone and safely recycle at the same time. Only pitfall is that it closes at 7pm. Make sure to bring YOUR valid CA DL/ID as they do verify your identity with a live rep (updated security feature)to prevent ppl from pawning off cell phones they swipe from people to make a few bucks.
