My phone was stolen and sold to this scum company. For months I tried to recover my phone from them. They do nothing to assist in recovering the phone and claim they don’t have it. Meanwhile they can’t answer to the fact that I had tracked my location to their wharehouse in Virginia. Just admit you allow thief’s to sell to you , and return my phone.
Went here 2 times. First time the machine was broken. The next Time I had to wait about 20 minutes for the crack head in front of me to sell his phone that looked like he just found it. Then after waiting I get an offer of $7 for my iPhone 7 Plus!!!! Total rip off!!!
I verified this ecoATM is inside below Ralphs store @ under ground parking level, at bottom of the moving elevator walkways/ramps between Ralphs & parking. Inside store/building, so access depends on store/parking open hours. (This is not a review or real rating, only info/comment. I selected middle/average rating, since Google requires a rating to post comment/note; else I would have not selected a rating yet until I have experience or a review.)
