The workers are very nice but I’m not sure they truly know what they’re doing. I bought my house 2 years ago—ECO air re did all of the HVAC in the house. The unit is 2 years old. Since buying the house ECO air has had to come out every winter & summer because it’s either not blowing cold or warm air or just won’t turn on. How is this a brand new unit & CONSTANTLY having issues? When our heat suddenly stopped working in this freezing weather with a baby in the house we needed someone fast. EcoAir came right out and was able to figure out what was wrong and fix it quickly. I know these guys have to be very busy with the weather being absolutely frigid but they took care of it! The tech (Eli) was super nice and explained everything that was going on and what had to be done to fix it, and in terms I could understand, because lets be honest my husband wasn’t home and I was lost. HVAC unit stopped working in 25 degree weather, and my first instinct was to immediately reach out to Eco Air! And I'm so happy I did - HVAC companies are insanely busy right now and they got somebody out a couple hours later to make sure my family had working heat before round 2 of terrible freezing temps, I'm so so so grateful!! Love Eco Air!!

Called for a price on a mini split and got an appointment to come out for an estimate. He did show up on time as mentioned. I had a gutted small garage without walls yet and everything was a short and simple install to everything he needed…it couldnt be any easier of a job. I waited for a day and received my estimate by email. The estimate was $7800 for a mini split……($7800). Thats insane….I called twice to speak to the gentleman to verify that this was not an error and find out about more options and was told he would call ... read more
