Ecoworld has been solid to deal with. Very quick to respond, proactive with communication, and easy to work with. They've handled things smoothly and professionally throughout. Would definitely recommend.
As a tenant, I highly recommend Mary who is a very responsive agent. She was always there to answer my numerous questions including how to set up BC Hydro etc. When there were minor issues with my rented apartment, they sent their maintenance person to resolve it promptly. She also helped me with my luggage when I moved out and I really appreciated it. A few days after I moved out, I also received notice of my deposit return. I will definitely work with her in my next Vancouver apartment search. :)

My family and I had a horrific experience with Eco-World. Horrible communication. Delays on handling URGENT matters. Extreme lack of consideration with tenants. The home we lived in had 3 floods due to a plumbing issue - once the plumbing issue was resolved, the ECO-WORLD representatives were extremely resistant to send restoration, even though the basement had clear signs of mould.
