Marvin was awesome - knowledgeable, polite, ready to share his knowledge and a great listener.
Paul is knowledgeable, very thorough, friendly, conscientious, and explains everything beautifully. He walked around the house and showed me where rodents could come inside. He was able to fill a few holes. Super-helpful!
Winter 2025 update: Paul has been our regular tech for some time now. He's very thorough and professional and I'm glad he's assigned to our house. He's helped us not only keep the outside of our home free of pests, but has helped us indoors with things like drain flies.
