Due to a mishap, I needed my garage repaired at 8:30 p.m. I found Echo Tech on line and called immediately. The customer service representative was friendly and efficient. She set up my appointment and explained that the technician would let me know when he was on his way. The technician was on time, communicated clearly, and explained everything that he did to get my door repaired. I am extremely satisfied with this company and highly recommend them. Excellent customer service.
I had a couple of window panels install on my garages doors. The techs came out provided me with a quote and installed the panels the very next day. That was very quick service. The techs were personable but more importantly very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I had other issues with the garage doors that needed attention and the techs went out of their way and addressed those issues free of charge. Now that's service.
