The company never finished the job, didn't go to the third floor, and never sprayed the outside of the house, where most of the ********* ants were located. They never called me to finish the job, and now they are hounding me, a veteran, to pay for a job that was never finished. I had to do the job myself, with chemicals from *****."

Very disappointed with the service and their ineffective treatments. The previous owner of our office building had a service contract with Eco System, so when one of the tenants reported a noise in the wall, we called and Paul came, looked at the property, provided a reasonable proposal and we proceeded with treatments. A few mice were caught after the initial deployment of traps, but the entry points were not closed off according to their proposal.
