My former smog technician retired, so I followed a friend’s recommendation and tried Dru at ECO Smog. I made an appointment online, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Dru had my car in and out in just 15 minutes! He’s kind, honest, and efficient. I highly recommend ECO Smog!
Great customer service. My car had been refused at another smog shop just because it was an older model (1987). The whole point of California’s smog check system is to make sure older cars remain compliant with state requirements—so refusing service completely defeats the purpose. Eco Smog was professional from the very beginning, starting with how they answered the phone. They were willing to work with my car, explained everything clearly, and treated me with respect.
