Leaving this review in 2 places so everyone gets a chance to see it. It’s been just about 10 years since these folks did my roof. Roof is still doing great after 10 years and just had them back to take a look. I emailed them and they called back in 5 minutes (I had to look back at this to confirm because it was so fast)…and they showed up at my house 5 minutes after that. Erast (ED) is not just a roofing expert, but more importantly, a great human being. He personally came out to evaluate my roof and provided a level of transparency that is rare in this industry. The roofing team rushed through the job and left several shingles misaligned. After the first rainfall, I noticed small leaks that shouldn’t be happening with a brand-new roof.
After finishing the roof, they left nails, debris, and pieces of shingles all over my yard. I had to clean it myself to prevent injuries. Completely unprofessional.
