Incredibly unresponsive. I've tried calling, emailing, leaving voice messages... nothing. If this is how they treat prospective clients interested in scheduling a visit, I have no doubt their service is similarly terrible. You've lost a customer.

My experience had been excellent. Scheduling is a breeze. The teams follow all of my instructions.
Great experience when they cleaned my house in June '16; and the newly relaunched website makes scheduling a breeze!
Will not use them again. I wrote very specific instructions on where I wanted them to clean inside my house. I wrote two separate notes asking them to make sure they didn't lock my cats in any of the rooms. My instructions weren't followed for either cleaning I booked and my cats were locked in two different rooms. Additionally, they continually referred to me by the wrong gender (despite my correction), they spelled my name incorrectly repeatedly (despite it being over email and my name appearing in front of them) and they ... read more
