It's a very cool place...beautiful building and great idea, but we were astonished at the prices. We have a 109 year old house and we have been to many salvage and restore places and we were shocked at the prices of everything here. We thought we would get carried away buying everything there, but if they don't lower their prices on things, I don't know how they will stay in business. I doubt we will go back.

Wish everyone was a little more friendly. It's nice to walk into places and not feel like a burden to employees. We had some galvanized pipe and fixtures, but unfortunately we never got a "we will look at that in a minute" or "we are so sorry we don't need that". We got one person that interrupted us mid sentence twice and another person who, yes she was on the phone, couldn't have been more rude. You came highly recommended as we also buy a lot of antiques and vintage pieces for our home. We won't be back.

Saw this on FB from a FB friend and decided to check it out! AWESOME place. Any home renovator, arts and crafts person, or if you need to find that hard to find screw or cabinet, it's the place to go. Employees were very nice and helpful.

Business response:

Thank you for your kind words!

Didn't care for them myself. Called looking for s kitchen cabinet was told oh yeah we have some. How much? I don't know we don't have an inventory. So how do you know you have one. Oh e have some. I get down there guess what, she asked the guy in the shop where is a 60" kitchen cabinet? He says we don't have any. Was it too hard to ask before i drove all the way down there? It'll take alot to bring me back, or to recommend it to anyone. It's all about customer relations, and they don't have any.
