We’re in the process of some renovations and needed a plumber to relocate the kitchen drain and supply lines. AJ came by to assess the situation and upon further inspection found a leak in one of the drain pipes in our finished basement. Turned out to be a leaking P-trap which needed to be replaced anyways. 2 days later at my request AJ and his crew showed up. They introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. I called in with a leaking tub that was flooding through my main floor ceiling. Honestly, I was surprised when an actual plumber answered the phone, other places I tried either didn’t pick up or sent me to a call center. Within 25 minutes, AJ was at my place in Ayr (Ayr is 20 minutes away from anything... how he got here so fast I have no idea).
