Trash customer service. Operator told me theyd take their pallets back at their warehouse. Drove an hour to get there, warehouse refused me and said they wont take them. Google any of their products and you can source direct for less money.
Lesson learned: Never buy stone from a showroom without a stoneyard. Eco Outdoor didn't tell me that 20-40% of the stone would have drill holes in it. That meant a lot more work for the installer to cut away stone around the drill holes and a loss of a lot of material. I had to order more stone AND pay for another delivery. They said "that is why we sell it at a lower price point." Well, if they had been honest up front and told me, that would be ok. But they were not and it cost me a lot more money for the install and mater... read more
