Lesson learned: Never buy stone from a showroom without a stoneyard. Eco Outdoor didn't tell me that 20-40% of the stone would have drill holes in it. That meant a lot more work for the installer to cut away stone around the drill holes and a loss of a lot of material. I had to order more stone AND pay for another delivery. They said "that is why we sell it at a lower price point." Well, if they had been honest up front and told me, that would be ok. Horrible experience; would not recommend to anyone
Our landscaper design firm, K. Fair Designs told us about Eco Outdoor. Just walking into the Eco Outdoor showroom is a visual treat. Beautiful displays ! We worked with Thomas DiLuoffo, who was a perfect fit for us. He considered our budget and the use of stone on our property. With his assistance we chose the Garonne Modular.
