I really wanted to like this salon, which is why I gave them multiple chances. Unfortunately, each visit left me disappointed. My first manicure and pedicure were done very poorly. The owner offered me only 10% off, even though the quality of the work was unacceptable and, in my opinion, I shouldn’t have been charged for those services at all. When I went for my scheduled appointment at 6, the nail tech was still working on someone, which is completely fine, I did not mind waiting at all. I didn’t get started till around 6:30. I showed the nails I wanted and the nail tech was like oh that’s so easy I can do that. I said I wanted the length and design of the pic shown.
