Efficient and friendly service!
Originally there was some work missed. I messaged the company and they voided the charges for the visits with mistakes. Then they came today and made sure everything was taken care of. Happy with how things turned out and their willingness to own mistakes and make things right.
Forgot to mow a section of the front yard on the first visit (picture 1). They came back the next day left a mess (picture 2). Reminded them about this section for the next visit. They mowed it but forgot to blow the section and left a bunch more grass clippings (picture 3). They also forgot to edge the lawn on the second visit. This is really sloppy work. I would not recommend their mowing services. I hired these guys to save me time. Now I am the one going out to clean up after them.
Eco Mow has provided prompt and efficient snow removal for a reasonable price for me this winter and last. I would highly recommend them. April 2025 : Thank you for another very satisfactory season of snow removal.So happy to be able to rely on you to get the job done.
They were always prompt to carry out the service and they managed to revive my lawn that had mostly weeds. Some weeds are still showing up and there are still some parched areas but i am hoping with another service next year the lawn will become perfect
