eco motive is unethical, unprofessional and rude. I asked the price to rent 2 bikes for 4 days, agreed on price and return time, and paid in full in advance as requested. when I returned bikes at agreed time, they told me they gave me the wrong price by mistake and demanded that I pay double what we agreed and I already paid. I was appalled and livid. they insisted this was my fault because they say they had informed me of the price per day so I should have known that I was undercharged. of course I will never go back there ... read more
Had a great time riding the bike around Santa Fe. The staff was great. Will be back!
As my wife said, we loved Ecomotive. The owner, Pam, is amazing. She made sure we had the best bikes and the best tour of Santa Fe. We will definitely be back again!
Had an awesome time riding these babies around town. Super fun! Great Customer Service as well. If you haven't been down to Eco Motive Santa Fe you definitely need to get down there! :)
the worst customer service of any bike shop in santa fe.....nasty, irrational, and doesn't care ....missed appointment and then asked me to pick up bike and bring it back a week later....really these people don't have a clue about customer service
