Only way this is 1 star is because for the 1st 3 years of the 20 year warranty this mattress was good. I have tried calling, website contact & messaging multiple times. Looking for a refund on a queen sized mattress with a 20 year warranty that has been sagging & in need of replacement after 4 years of use. Please contact to correct this warranty issue. I never would have purchased this mattress with that kind of warranty if it would have been worn out after 4 years.
