We’ve had an excellent experience with eco marine bedding for our custom mattress in our master cabin. Mawson was professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt in replies and mattress was delivered within time frame allocated of 3-4wks from payment. Zero issues and will definitely use eco marine again for our guest forward berth later in the year when we return from cruising. Mattress is premium quality and could not have wish for more. Thank you to the team at eco marine for the streamline service and high quality mattress.
We ordered a mattress for our boat months ago. The customer service is abysmal. Once they receive their money they only respond with excuses or no response at all. After months of delays, they FINALLY told us the mattress was complete, (3 months later) we asked for a delivery. They sent us an outrageous quote for delivery which we paid and requested the shipping information. Two weeks later, we are still waiting on the shipping information. We were initially told by the company that they could supply us with a specific mattress, and based on that commitment, we paid a deposit. After waiting for months, we were informed that the mattress was no longer available — with no reasonable explanation and no alternative offered. To make matters worse, when my colleague followed up, the staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no accountability for the delay or broken promise. Highly recommend Eco Marine Bedding and their flexima mattresses! We’ve been using their mattress for more than 3 years now and can absolutely vouch for the quality. Not only has the mattress helped with my back problems (thanks to years working as a chef) but being able to have a split mattress (half firm, half medium) is the perfect solution for a married couple with different sleep needs.
