We ordered a mattress for our boat months ago. The customer service is abysmal. Once they receive their money they only respond with excuses or no response at all. After months of delays, they FINALLY told us the mattress was complete, (3 months later) we asked for a delivery. They sent us an outrageous quote for delivery which we paid and requested the shipping information. Two weeks later, we are still waiting on the shipping information. We were initially told by the company that they could supply us with a specific mattress, and based on that commitment, we paid a deposit. After waiting for months, we were informed that the mattress was no longer available — with no reasonable explanation and no alternative offered. To make matters worse, when my colleague followed up, the staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no accountability for the delay or broken promise. Unprofessional & Unreliable. Would not recommend
Highly recommend Eco Marine Bedding and their flexima mattresses! We’ve been using their mattress for more than 3 years now and can absolutely vouch for the quality. Not only has the mattress helped with my back problems (thanks to years working as a chef) but being able to have a split mattress (half firm, half medium) is the perfect solution for a married couple with different sleep needs. If you are someone who loves a good night's sleep, don't look past Eco Marine Bedding for top quality, uber comfortable bed linens and mattresses. If it weren't for the waves splashing against the boat, I would have thought I was sleeping in a hotel bed!
