I called Eco Home Heroes on Thursday to schedule an appointment after already getting a quote earlier in the week. They were able to come out Friday or Saturday, so very quick. Saturday worked best for me. They said they'd come between 2 and 4. That day I received a call that they could come earlier if it was ok with me, which it was. Eco Home Heroes went above and beyond to install 3 chimney caps in hard to reach areas. They also did an excellent job assessing the problems and doing a chimney sweep. Great communication, follow through, and pricing. I highly recommend them.
Cleaned and inspected my gas fireplace and chimney. Arrived in the time frame expected. Great job of covering everything and cleaning up afterwards. Very efficient. Took pictures so I could see and explained everything. Highly recommended
Eco home heroes, was referred by a friend of my mother's. A team of 3 guys came in set up took lots of photos & videos of their work which was AMAZING. They took care of everything cleaned up afterwards too. I would definitely use them again and refer them to my friends or neighbors.
