I’ve been coming to Ecogrow since I found it about 8 months back. When you enter the store you’re welcomed with smiling employees eager to help(not sell). You are amazing—seriously. Customer service is tops. You explain everything I need you to to know about my purchase. Customer service could not be better. Thank you. If I lived in Tucson, you would be my go to plant store.
I got a pineapple guava and an indoor plant. Thank you to the helpful and friendly staff! 👍🏼 I will definitely be back for a mango tree.
Staff was amazing and helpful. Very welcoming environment. I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to stop by and check out Eco Gro!
Was there this morning purchasing a snake plant for my mother and spent a wonderful time with the associates who gave me tips on my desert roses and plumerias. Wonderful place to obtain plants and knowledge.
I love this place because their vegetable starts are so healthy, prices so reasonable, and service is friendly with no BS. It’s easy to get to, with easy parking right off I-10. It’s kind of small compared to some nurseries, which I find to be an asset because it’s not an overwhelming place to visit.
as a succulent collector this place was like heaven for those who have seen all the usual common ones. i like that they bring in affordable WEIRD plants! Brad was an absolute delight to chat with, and really made me and my husbands visit special. this is the type of fellow who should be in customer service! we felt valued, welcomed, and even like friends :) . On top of that every single other staff member we encountered on multiple visits made us feel just as welcome.Take his advice about the soil, my plants love it! I look ... read more
