Had a unit installed in April. The unit came with a labor warranty. Today when I discovered a problem with the unit and tried to get the company out to look at it I found out that they are no longer in business and have sold their company to an enviro air. That company will not fix the issue or even come out to look at it. I will have to contact a lawyer to find out if this company bought eco green and there for is responsible for the contract I signed that includes the warranty. I feel like I got scammed! Made a down payment of 50% of the total cost for two new Goodman HVAC systems to be installed at my home on 5/16/26 and set an appointment to begin installation on 6/8/26. When the technicians did not arrive on 6/8 as expected, I messaged the business only to find out they had shut their doors! Now I have to go through a lengthy process with my bank to attempt to get my money back, meanwhile, the temperature upstairs - where my family's bedrooms are - continue to climb to dangerous levels on a dail... read more

Paid for service agreement on May 13th and they have shut their doors as of May 26th. They should refund my money as the company that took over has failed to reiurn any of my calls and does not offer emergency service. What kind of HVAC business does not have emergency service??? I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had an outstanding experience with Eco Green Air. My AC unit kept freezing up, and I couldn’t figure out what was causing the problem. Their technician responded quickly, thoroughly inspected the system, and immediately identified that a wire to the capacitor wasn’t connected and had been overlooked by a technician from a company I had previously used. So far I had two guys come over and they were there for maintenance, but I thought they were going to inspect my AC and give me a price to fix the problems. So I really can say much at this time.
